Synapex — Business Analysis & Data Analytics · Verify MBCS

About

I’m a Business Analyst with 15 years of business analysis and project management experience across the UK and Australia. My background includes retail systems, ERP, requirements engineering, process analysis and delivery governance.

I’m currently developing my data analytics capability further alongside that experience. I’m interested in how clear business rules, well-understood data and careful validation lead to solutions people can rely on.

How I work

Understand the business problem and the decisions a solution needs to support.
Make requirements, measures and business rules explicit.
Connect analysis to design, implementation and testing.
Document decisions and show evidence of the outcome.

This portfolio includes case studies and showcases and the Power BI Delivery Framework, with room for work beyond analytics as it develops.
